I can't login to my account?
Passwords in the poker client are limited to 8 characters, if you entered a longer password only the first 8 characters will be used. Try using the first 8 characters of the password to get in. If you still can't get in, call our support line on 0800 4444 04444 (UK) and they will be able to help. If you live outside the UK, go to our Contact page where you will find additional contact information.
How do I start playing on a Table?
First select the type of game you would like to play from the 'Tabs' across the top of the lobby. This will then display all the available tables for that category. You can open a table by double clicking the table in the lobby or click the 'Watch/Play' button on the right hand side.
Click on an open seat on that table, you will then need to enter a required amount of chips you would like to have available, you must have enough funds in your account for the minimum bring in for that table stake. You can add more funds at any time by clicking 'More Chips' in the top left corner of the table as long as you haven't reached the maximum amount for that table.
How does the waiting list work?
If the required table is currently full you can add yourself to the waiting list. Highlight the table in the lobby and click the 'Join Wait List' Button on the right side of the screen. This will then give you the option to join that particular table or join all tables that meet the same criteria.
As soon as an empty seat becomes available you will be given the option to sit at the table. You must respond within the given time limit or the seat will become available to the next player in the waiting list.
What are My Poker Points(MPP)?
My Poker Points (MPP) are loyalty points you can earn by playing with DTDPOKER. You earn MPP's by playing both ring games and any tournament online with DTDPOKER. The more you play the more you earn.
MPP's can be used to buy into special MPP's events.

Can I Practise before playing for real money?
At DTDPOKER we offer practise tables to allow you to polish your 'A' game before taking it to the real money tables. At the top of the lobby click the 'Play For Fun' tab, this will then give you the option of the type of game you would like to play.
Similar to real money tables you select the table and an empty seat but you will be given an amount of 'Play Money' to use. If your total play money balance runs out you can leave the table and your play money will automatically be recharged.
How can I switch off the chat facility?
From the main lobby you can click 'Options' from the menu bar at the top. You can then change the settings for chat messages to 'No Messages'.
DTDPOKER does not allow offensive or abusive language in the chat. Nor will we tolerate harassment of our players at the table. If a player is abusing our policy please Contact Us as soon as possible.
Can I view the Hand History?
If you would like to see details of a previously played hand you can view your hand history. You can either click the 'Hand History' in the top left corner if you are sat at a table, otherwise you can click 'Requests' from the top menu in the lobby.
Each hand has a unique number to be able to correctly identify each hand played. It will also show details of betting, your/community cards and which player won that particular hand.

The random number generator (RNG), scaling, mapping, and shuffling algorithms used to create outcomes for casino and multi-player poker games are components of Cyptologic Inc. gaming system.
The RNG and related components have been evaluated by Gaming Associates.
The Cryptologic RNG Software has been fingerprinted to enable on-going verification that the RNG in use is identical to the RNG evaluated.
