Terms & Conditions
The following Terms and Conditions (the "Terms and Conditions") govern the customers (a "Customer" or "you") use of the DTD Online Casino and Poker product and associated services.
Throughout these Terms and Conditions, any reference to the "Company", "we", or "us" refers to DTD Online Limited, a private limited liability company registered in Malta, with company registration number C42049, having registered offices at Vincenti Buildings, Suite no. 460, 14/19 Strait Street, Valletta VLT 1432, Malta.
Our software provider, Boss Media Malta, and our payment services and account management provider, Webdollar AB, are also parties to these Terms and Conditions.
This License Agreement, Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy apply to both the Company and you as User. The Company agrees to provide the User with the services listed below. By pressing the "I AGREE" button when opening your DTD Online account, the User states that each time he/she enters the online gaming system, participates in DTD Online Poker and Casino Games (collectively the “Games”), and accepts any prize, the User represents that he/she fully understands and explicitly consents to the License Agreement, the Terms and Conditions and the Privacy Policy (including any revisions which may periodically take place) and how the Company’s online gaming system operates.
1. Gaming Services Provider
DTD Online Ltd is fully licensed and regulated by the Malta Lotteries & Gaming Authority (LGA). DTD Online Ltd operates its online poker product under license number LGA/CL3/373/2007, as issued by the LGA on 28th December 2009, after operating under a provisional license originally issued on the 17th August 2007. DTD Online Ltd operates its online casino product under provisional license LGA/CL1/373/2010, issued by the LGA on the 16th June 2010.
DTDonlinepoker.com is powered by Boss Media Malta Poker Ltd software (LGA/CL4/206/2005), whilst DTDonlinecasino.com is powered by Boss Media Malta Casino Ltd software (LGA/CL4/275/2006), which are both regulated by the LGA.
Payment and account management services are provided by Webdollar AB.
2. Player Obligations
Participation in the DTD Online Poker and Casino Games (collectively the “Games”) is open to residents of legal age in a jurisdiction of residence where the Games are not prohibited.
The Licensor operates the Games by virtue of the authority as a registered license-holder of the Government of Malta. All transactions in connection with the Games take place in the territory of Malta where the Games server is located. We reserve the right to change the location of the license and/or territory where the game servers are located or/and the game takes place.
You can only use the Games if you are of the legal age of majority as determined by the law of the country from where you live and/or access the Games (the "Local Jurisdiction"). You cannot use the Games if you are under 18 years of age in any circumstances. If you are under 18 years of age or below the legal age in the Local Jurisdiction, or if your use of the Games is prohibited in the Local Jurisdiction (YOU HAVE AN OBLIGATION TO MAKE THIS DETERMINATION BY MAKING THE APPROPRIATE ENQUIRES IN THE LOCAL JURISDICTION) then you must only use the version of the Games that can be played for fun or practice, and not for real money.
The Games are only available to you if the use of the Games is permitted in the Local Jurisdiction. The Licensor does not intend that anyone should use the Games where such use is illegal. The availability of the Games does not constitute an offer or invitation by the Licensor to use the Games in any country in which such use is illegal. Use of the Games and participation therein is void wherever prohibited by any applicable law. YOU ACCEPT SOLE RESPONSIBILITY FOR DETERMINING WHETHER YOUR USE OF THE GAMES IS LEGAL IN THE LOCAL JURISDICTION. If your use of the Games is illegal you will not be entitled to collect any winnings and the Service Providers reserve the right to recover any winnings already received by you and/or by anyone acting on your behalf and to report you to the relevant authorities.
3. Registration
You must not play or seek to play DTD Online and Casino and Poker unless you have registered with DTD Online Limited or have been specifically granted permission to do so as a guest by DTD Online Limited. We reserve the right to withhold payment to any player pending verification of the player's identity.
Only one account per person is permitted. This is necessary to prevent abuse of any and all bonuses.
We reserve the right to ask for proof of age and evidence to verify your identity at any time and will be carrying out regular checks of our members. We reserve the right to conduct checks against any of the details provided to us and pursue this information through any channels and methods available to us. Failure to provide substantiated proof of age or other requested information will result in the suspension of your account. Any monies due or requested during this time will be withheld unless the requested information is provided.
In accordance with Regulation 36 of the Malta Remote Gaming Regulations, prior to processing aggregate withdrawals in excess of €2,000, a Customer’s identity, age and place of residence must be verified. We reserve the right to withhold any monies requested when aggregate withdrawals exceed €2,000 until the requested information is provided.
You hereby confirm that all information provided to us in your registration and in connection with your account is complete, accurate and not misleading and you agree to inform us immediately if there is any change to such information. This can be done by e-mailing us at support@dtdgaming.com.
You should ensure that the password is robust as it controls access to the gaming account. DTD recommends that you choose an alphanumeric password. The safest passwords to use are those between 8 to 20 characters including letters, numbers and special characters. Keep it safe and change it every 3-6 months. Do avoid using words in a password, which includes familiar names of family or pets, special dates as well as the same password on many web sites.
You fully accept that all computer instructions and responses sent over the Internet to and from the Company’s online gaming system and the client software will be binding and you fully accept and agree that random number generator software will determine the outcome of the odds based Games (or the odds based parts of the Games). Our casino operates with a very sophisticated Random Number Generator (RNG), which guarantees a randomized outcome for each game. (In order to understand how to use the Company’s online gaming system, the User can access the online gaming system and Games help file.)
DTD does not generally provide details of your DTD Account to third parties, however, by entering into this Agreement; you are giving your consent to DTD to:
- release any information with respect to your DTD Account in response to a request by a financial institution, credit reporting agency, a governmental agency, regulatory body or court of law, whether such request is made pursuant to a court order or otherwise;
- provide details of your DTD Account to the police or other investigatory agency pursuant to a verifiable request;
- provide details of your DTD Account to your credit card issuer, a person utilizing a negative database, bank, credit reporting company or other entity for the purpose of conducting a credit investigation or rating your credit worthiness or the Service Provider's desire to transact business with you ;
- provide details to a credit reporting agency where the User has failed to pay DTD for a disputed transaction(s) and evidence exists to substantiate the transaction(s); and,
- seek verification of any information provided by you in relation to your DTD Account;
- provide details of your DTD Account and/or your use of the Services to a parent, affiliated, subsidiary or related company to DTD, third party for the purposes of providing you with similar services to the Webdollar Services;
- Provide details of your DTD Account to the Licensor and its parent, affiliated, subsidiary and related companies.
We reserve the right to refuse to register you and/or to suspend and/or terminate your registration and/or account at any time in each case in our sole and absolute discretion including but not limited to; if there is manipulation of our financial system, cheating, abuse of your account or suspicion thereof; breach or suspected breach of any applicable law, regulation; if you have 'charged back' any of the purchases made with your credit card; if you cause to be published on, and/or send via, our website/engage in the any actual or potentially defamatory, offensive or obscene language ; if you allow someone else (intentionally or unintentionally) to play your DTD Online Casino or Poker account or if you are in breach of any of our terms and conditions.
If no transaction has been recorded on a User's account for thirty (30) months, the Company will remit the balance in that account to the User, or if the User cannot be satisfactorily located, to the LGA.
You may instruct us to exclude you from participation in DTD Online Casino or Poker by sending us an e-mail to support@dtdgaming.com with your instructions, or by sending a registered letter to:

Use of this opt-out facility will result in your account being blocked. To reactivate your account we will require confirmation from you in writing by fax or email. Your account will immediately be blocked on request and reconnection will take 24/48 hours from receipt of confirmation.
4. Chat Rules
You agree to strictly abide by the following chat rules when using the chat function on the DTD Online Casino or Poker site. Any decision to block a player from being able to participate from entering the Chat Facility is at the discretion of DTD Management, whose decision is final. The aim of the Chat Facility is to create a friendly, respectful and welcoming environment for all players.
You shall not use indecent or foul language; you shall not harass, slander or abuse other players; you shall not make racial, sexual or ethnic comments of any kind whatsoever.
No person under the age of 18 or below the legal age according their jurisdiction of residence shall be entitled to enter DTD Online Casino or Poker Room.
You shall not solicit any other players with requests for money, for example by requesting donations to any charitable cause and the like.
The Company shall have no liability to players for any activity occurring in the Chat Facility which may cause any player to suffer loss, damage or distress of any kind.
5. Copyright
The copying, redistribution or publication of any part of the Software is strictly prohibited. You will not sell, assign, sub-license, transfer, distribute, rent or lease the Software and you will be solely liable for any and all damages, costs and expenses arising from such unauthorized sale, assignment, distribution, renting or leasing thereof. You will not make the Software available on a computer network or otherwise make the Software available to any third parties without the prior consent of the owner and/or licensor of the Software. You will not copy, reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, modify, translate, or make any attempt to discover the source codes of the Software or create derivative works based on the Software, and you will be solely liable for any damages, costs or expenses arising from the above. You will only use the Software for the purposes contemplated by, and in accordance with the terms of, this Agreement. If you become aware that the Software or the Webdollar Services are being used in any manner not authorized by this Agreement or otherwise, you will immediately notify DTD Online or BOSS Media (as the case may be).
6. Wager Rules and Limitations of Liability
DTD reserves the right to refuse or limit any wager in its sole discretion.
If the Service Providers find any evidence or has any suspicion that you have attempted or intend to breach this agreement or tampered or will tamper with the Software or the operation of the Games in any way, in addition to any other remedies available to it, DTD may withhold payment of your winnings.
As part of the Games, DTD, may provide poker and/or casino games, including Blackjack, Poker, Roulette, Craps, Baccarat, Slot Machines, Video Poker, Video Keno, Player-to-Player Poker, Bingo and may provide other games and/or services as it may decide from time to time.
You shall abide by any and all rules in the Poker Game as set out in connection with the Games and/or corresponding help files, such as the Poker House Rules and the Poker House Policies.
DTD may, in its absolute discretion, alter or amend or withdraw any game or any part thereof, at any time, and may alter prices, features, specifications, capabilities, functions and/or other characteristics of the Games, including the rules of play.
DTD reserves the right to terminate your access to the Games at any time, for any reason.
The Service Providers reserve the right to amend your nickname and/or alias in its absolute discretion if it believes the same to be defamatory, offensive, pornographic in nature or intended to impersonate a real person or brand name.
Locked accounts: If a User’s gaming account has been locked due to the Company having had reasonable grounds for suspecting that the User has been involved in any fraudulent, improper, collusive, misleading, fixing, manipulative or other unlawful activity in relation to the User’s participation in any of the Games as set out above under the section “Fraud, collusions, improper behaviour and unlawful activities”, the Company will unlock the User’s gaming account if the User lodges a complaint and provides the Company with reasonable proof that the User has not been involved in the aforementioned unlawful activities. The User must provide such reasonable proof to the Company latest within six (6) months from the date the gaming account was locked. Otherwise the User has lost the right to the funds in the locked gaming account and the funds will be seized by the Company.
The Service Providers reserve the right to prohibit any player from participating in any and all Games, and may, where situations warrant, freeze the chips of any player suspected of cheating in any form. The Service Providers further reserve the right to restrict seating and/or to prohibit players from playing in a particular game, including restricting two or more players from playing together at the same game.
7. Poker Game Rules and Bonus Promotions
The Poker Game Rules form part of these Terms and Conditions and can be found on the 'Game Info’ section of the website.
DTD Online will have no liability whatsoever for any claims, damages or expenses which you or any third party may incur or suffer as a result of:
- the processing, reversal or adjustment of any Authorised Transfer Transaction;
- Webdollar’s failure or refusal to process, reverse, or adjust any Authorised Transfer Transaction;
- the withholding or reclamation of funds in your Webdollar Account due to deceptive activities as determined by BOSS Media or DTD, including but not limited to, your perpetration of fraud or collusion; or
- any delay (regardless of the cause) in the processing, reversal or adjustment of any Authorised Transfer Transaction.
Prize winners grant us the right to use and publish their user name online and in print in any other media in connection with the game. Acceptance of a prize constitutes permission for DTD Online Limited to use winner's name for advertising and promotional purposes without additional compensation unless prohibited by law.
8. General Terms
DTD may modify, restate or amend the terms and conditions of this Agreement, the rules of the Games, the rules and terms applicable to promotions or loyalty schemes, the Webdollar Services and/or the Fees from time to time. We will use reasonable endeavours to notify you of any such changes which are material.
We shall not be responsible for any viruses, bugs, cancel-bots, errors or defects in any of our games, systems, software or services which affects your enjoyment of the service or causes any damage to your computer or other personal property. Equally, whilst we use all reasonable endeavours to provide uninterrupted access to the service, we shall not be liable for any downtime which you suffer during your use of the DTD Online Casino or Poker service or any associated games. You have the right to bring any unresolved disputes to the attention of the Malta Lotteries and Gaming Authority by e-mail at complaints@lga.org.mt.
If any part of these terms is found by a court of competent jurisdiction or other competent authority to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable then such part will be severed from the remainder of these terms, which will continue to be valid and enforceable to the fullest extent permitted by law.
These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malta and the language that will prevail in case of interpretation is English. You irrevocably agree that the courts of Malta shall have exclusive jurisdiction to resolve any dispute arising out of or relating to the Games, prizes, web site, client application, Boss Media Casino or Poker Rooms (Boss Media Malta Poker Ltd.), and/or WebDollar Ltd., and/or St. Minver Ltd and/or DTD Online Limited. However, we retain the right to bring legal proceedings in any jurisdiction where we believe that infringement of our intellectual property rights or breach of these terms is taking place or originating.
9. Webdollar
