Agreement
If you are invited to join any of the three scheme types you must agree to all of the terms and conditions expressed herein and, your use of any one of the DTD bankroll accounts will constitute full acceptance of the terms and conditions.
Community
We will set up a support network for all traders and as well as having seminars and general poker talks with successful Pro players in the DTD Club we want all traders to try and help each other to be successful.
We would also appreciate details of the successful/unsuccessful playing strategies that you have tried while playing.
We also require detailed hand history of every pot lost exceeding £200 so that the hand can be analysed as a teaching tool for other traders in terms of how the hand could have been played differently and/or more effectively, if that is possible.
Incentives
Traders will receive ongoing help when required from our online mentors and I will also be running seminars and chats on poker at Dusk Till Dawn with well known successful Pro Players.
There are many benefits to DTD from having winning players on the site and even more so from a trader point of view and in due course we will be running live tutorials (free for traders) with well known Pro players to help you improve your play- I will basically do everything I can to help you be a winning player and are currently involved in talks with a software developer to assist you with a suitable software program.
Bankroll Management
Successful bankroll management is the most critical part of being a long term winning player and it is in everyone's interests that everything is done to help control bankroll management.
We are all aware that that the greatest cause of profit leakage is the cash that we lose while on tilt and again it is everyone's interest to have in place a system that helps to reduce the effect of playing on tilt.
A maximum loss per day is required in order to reduce the possibility of "tilt" and protect any previous winnings (paid or accrued on the DTD bankroll account) and also protect the bankroll itself.
You must not play on a table with stakes greater than that initially agreed. (Generally speaking if you have proved yourself to be a consistent successful trader we are happy to listen to and consider any request with regards to table stakes)
MPP's
Traders are allowed to keep and use the MPP and DTD points awarded to them as a consequence of trader play, while they remain active traders.

Behaviour
All DTD traders are expected to properly represent DTD poker both online and at live events and every trader is required to do nothing that brings the DTD brand into any form of disrepute or draws adverse publicity to the DTD 'brand'. DTD Traders are expected to wear DTD branded merchandise at ALL live events whether financed by themselves or at events won through the DTD monthly free roll tournaments exclusive to DTD traders.
Termination
Any trader can leave the trader program at any time they choose simply by successfully contacting and advising of intention to leave.
DTD poker reserve the right to terminate any player's use of a DTD bankroll account with immediate effect and such termination will be at the discretion of DTD poker.
Generally, this will only occur if it is felt that a trader has repeatedly behaved in an inappropriate fashion, repeatedly ignored the guidelines agreed with them regarding stakes played and bankroll management or caused possible damage to the DTD reputation and brand.
For the avoidance of doubt if a trader leaves the scheme they will only be entitled to receive the amount of profit accrued from their use of any DTD bankroll account for the relevant period by reference to the number of MPP they have accumulated in accordance with the above terms.
